How It Works
Preserving your memories is simple, secure, and personal. Here's how we do it:
Step 1: Prepare Your Photos
Place your photo prints in a padded envelope or sturdy box. Add protective stuffing (like bubble wrap or crumpled paper) to prevent shifting during transit. Include a note with your name, email, and phone number inside the package.
Step 2: Mail Photos to Us
Send your package to:

We will confirm receipt and provide a photo count and estimate before starting work
Step 3: Estimate & Invoice
Based on your estimated photo count, we'll send an initial invoice through CloudSpot. This estimate may be adjusted once we confirm the actual number of photos received. You always know the final cost before work begins.
Step 4: Digitization & Restoration
Your photos are scanned at archival quality and restored with care - removing dust and scratches, correcting color, and repairing damage where possible. We treat every image like it belongs in a family album.
Step 5: Delivery of Finished Files
You'll receive your digitized images via a secure online gallery. A USB drive is available upon request for easy offline access.
Step 6: Return of Originals
Your original photos will be securely packaged and mailed back to you with tracking. We take every precaution to ensure they are returned safely.
